I currently work on designing solutions that enhance customer experiences and ensure they have reliable access to support and self-serve options when needed. In the past, I have designed platforms that helped communities obtain essential services during lockdowns. I have also worked on a machine learning platform that enables data scientists to efficiently self-serve.
