With increasing demand and users NoQ wanted to provide a more refined experience throughout their product and marketing materials.
NoQ App wanted to eliminate queues during the critical time of covid. One of their major challenges was caused due to the release of various new features at a very fast pace, which caused confusion and created a subpar experience for users.
We ended up doing a comprehensive redesign, which was based on a host of different factors: business objectives, the user needs defined as a result of data analysis, and so on.
Creating illustrations and branding materials was also essential part of this redesign to ensure a cohesive experience.
This rebranding was a result of keeping NoQ’s users, business objectives, and strategic marketing plan in mind. The end result serves as a guideline and enables the teams to align with their objectives.
